Para alcanzar esta calificaci\u00f3n m\u00e1xima, tuvo que demostrar excelencia en los siguientes indicadores evaluados al tercer trimestre de 2025:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Transparencia y Accesibilidad: Facilidad de acceso a la informaci\u00f3n fiscal en el sitio web oficial (5 puntos).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presupuesto 2025: Publicaci\u00f3n completa y oportuna del presupuesto vigente (30 puntos).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Situaci\u00f3n Econ\u00f3mico-Financiera: Presentaci\u00f3n actualizada de la ejecuci\u00f3n de recursos y gastos (35 puntos).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ejecuci\u00f3n Trimestral: Divulgaci\u00f3n sin rezagos de la ejecuci\u00f3n presupuestaria de gastos y recursos (10 puntos).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gastos por Finalidad y Funci\u00f3n: Detalle de la naturaleza de los servicios brindados a la comunidad (10 puntos).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deuda P\u00fablica: Publicaci\u00f3n transparente del stock de deuda y sus perfiles de vencimiento (10 puntos).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El informe de noviembre de 2025 resalta que Monte Hermoso mostr\u00f3 una mejora significativa, incrementando su puntaje en 20 puntos respecto al relevamiento anterior de marzo de 2025, donde contaba con 80 puntos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este salto hacia el cumplimiento estricto refleja un compromiso institucional continuo con las mejores pr\u00e1cticas de gesti\u00f3n gubernamental y la Ley de Responsabilidad Fiscal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con este resultado, el municipio no solo cumple con las normativas vigentes, sino que se posiciona como un referente regional en transparencia, facilitando el control ciudadano y fortaleciendo la calidad de la democracia representativa en el \u00e1mbito
