{"id":3727,"date":"2024-03-21T07:59:00","date_gmt":"2024-03-21T10:59:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infopba247.com.ar\/?p=3727"},"modified":"2024-03-21T10:02:13","modified_gmt":"2024-03-21T13:02:13","slug":"el-ministerio-de-justicia-y-dd-hh-avanzo-en-la-solucion-amistosa-del-caso-magdalena","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infopba247.com.ar\/index.php\/2024\/03\/21\/el-ministerio-de-justicia-y-dd-hh-avanzo-en-la-solucion-amistosa-del-caso-magdalena\/","title":{"rendered":"El ministerio de Justicia y DD.HH avanz\u00f3 en la soluci\u00f3n amistosa del caso magdalena"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El ministro de Justicia y Derechos Humanos bonaerense, Juan Mart\u00edn Mena, firm\u00f3 ayer el acta compromiso de soluci\u00f3n amistosa por el denominado \u201cincendio de Magdalena\u201d, el litigio internacional abierto en la Comisi\u00f3n Interamericana de Derechos Humanos por los hechos ocurridos el 15 de octubre de 2005 en el Pabell\u00f3n 16 de la Unidad 28 de esa ciudad, dependiente del Servicio Penitenciario Bonaerense (SPB), en el que fallecieron 33 personas privadas de la libertad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPor instrucci\u00f3n del gobernador, Axel Kicillof, hemos podido avanzar con este acta acuerdo de soluci\u00f3n amistosa, que tiene como objetivo asumir una serie de compromisos por parte de la Provincia para iniciar el proceso de reparaci\u00f3n de derechos y arbitrar las medidas necesarias para evitar que una situaci\u00f3n de esas caracter\u00edsticas se repita en el futuro\u201d, subray\u00f3 el funcionario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre las acciones que se acordaron se destaca la confecci\u00f3n de un protocolo de investigaci\u00f3n de muertes en contexto de encierro; la capacitaci\u00f3n a agentes judiciales en materia de revisi\u00f3n de medidas cautelares y evaluaci\u00f3n de medidas de ejecuci\u00f3n de pena; la consolidaci\u00f3n e institucionalizaci\u00f3n de los protocolos contra incendios; la incorporaci\u00f3n del caso \u201cMagdalena\u201d a la curr\u00edcula de la escuela de cadetes del SPB; entre otras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De la firma del acta adem\u00e1s del Ministro estuvieron presentes los subsecretarios de Pol\u00edtica Criminal, Lisandro Pellegrini; de Derechos Humanos, Mat\u00edas Moreno; y el Jefe del Servicio Penitenciario Bonaerense, Xavier Areses, el Juez del Tribunal de Casaci\u00f3n Penal de la provincia de Buenos Aires, Daniel Carral; el subsecretario de la Suprema Corte de Justicia bonaerense, Leandro G\u00e1spari; la directora Ejecutiva del Centro de Estudios Legales y Sociales (CELS), Paula Litvachky; y Sof\u00eda Caravelos, en representaci\u00f3n del Colectivo de Investigaci\u00f3n y Acci\u00f3n Jur\u00eddica (CIAJ).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El ministro de Justicia y Derechos Humanos bonaerense, Juan Mart\u00edn Mena, firm\u00f3 ayer el acta compromiso de soluci\u00f3n amistosa por<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":3725,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","footnotes":""},"categories":[1,14],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-3727","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-destacadas","category-politica"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 -
