Luego de 48 horas la medida fue levantada. El intendente Manuel Passaglia denuncio \u201cextorsi\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La causa judicial que deriv\u00f3 en la detenci\u00f3n de Cabaleyro y otros dirigentes locales de Camioneros comenz\u00f3 en febrero del 2021 cuando una empresa de San Pedro los denunci\u00f3 por \u201cpedido de coimas\u201d y el bloqueo de su planta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Juzgado interviniente orden\u00f3 detenerlos por los delitos de \u201cturbaci\u00f3n de la posesi\u00f3n\u201d y \u201cextorsi\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Sindicato de Camioneros denunci\u00f3 que se trata de una flagrante persecuci\u00f3n judicial para aplacar reclamos laborales justos y lanz\u00f3 un paro total en San Nicol\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El intendente, Manuel Passaglia, hab\u00eda criticado la medida de fuerza y denunciado que la ciudad se encuentran como \u201creh\u00e9n de los Moyano\u201d. Adem\u00e1s dijo que este lunes, si contin\u00faa el paro, saldr\u00e1 a recolectar los residuos con empleados municipales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego del levantamiento del paro, Passaglia destac\u00f3: \u201cPerdi\u00f3 la extorsi\u00f3n. La empresa de recolecci\u00f3n de residuos acaba de comunicar al municipio que levantan el paro y varios transportistas nos confirman que ma\u00f1ana vuelven a circular. Celebramos la medida que trae alivio a los vecinos de San Nicol\u00e1s\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y remarco: \u201cDimos la pelea por una situaci\u00f3n injusta que est\u00e1bamos viviendo.
